Dayforce itself is a very robust platform that provides very little support to their customers. Partnering with RSM has been invaluable!! We have worked very closely with Jennifer Danahy over the past year. She has been incredibly knowledgeable about the system and HR/Payroll in general. She is extremely professional, organized and an absolute pleasure to work with. We would be lost without her and have no plans to end this partnership!!!
