We went with their rapid implementation option, 6-week from project kick-off meeting to go alive. It was stressful and challenged. My lessons learned is to give ourselves more time during implementation. We had no time to review our current processes, get approval and buy-in and training. The company did not provide additional resources for us. We had to do our daily tasks and the project. The rapid implementation option would work better for us only if our company provided additional resources, so we could spend more time on the project.
