Our lessons learned have been that the technology build is usually the straightforward element of any project; assuming you’re an organisation that accepts the technology as designed and adopts the mantra of ‘configuration, not customisation’. We’ve learned to accept out of the box functionality wherever possible, and that the project can only go as quickly as you’re able to make decisions and sign off processes and functionality.
