Our main contact from Ultimate on the project was well-intentioned but not equipped to meet our needs. She didn’t listen to our issues/concerns so usually her responses and suggestions didn’t actually solve the problem. She didn’t listen to our needs so would recommend approaches that would never have worked for us. She was earnest in her desire to help but since she never listened she was often unable to do so. I had to escalate a number of issues as a result. She also would often give advice that was WELL out of her realm of expertise. This caused unnecessary frustrations.
