Joined the experience toward the launch of the onboarding module; most of the difficulty came with our internal need to integrate certain legacy systems and the extra amount of testing prior to launch or implemented changes post launch. the consultant was assisted with onboarding for US only and was very helpful in moving that module toward launch. most of the implementation work was and is managed by our internal team
