The consultant himself is who made this project worth the time, effort and cost. We have a better understanding of what the system can do for us and how to be self-sufficient when we no longer have him available to us.
When working with the consultant, always ask questions as to “can it”, “will it”, “why” or “What don’t we know…” Explain your processes and listen to all suggestions and workflows available. It will make your job and that of the team’s easier.
