What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
We had several changes that came up after we started testing in the system, our business team wanted multiple changes. Some of these required change requests, but the consulting partner had a good practice of working on the original scoped work and then delivering the changes afterwards. Our lesson learned is to get the system into the hands of the users quicker and expect changes after they actually see the system, it was difficult for the business to understand the impacts of the decisions they were making as we were completing the requirement workbooks.
