The Softwrae might be ok, but the implementation was sub par. they did not understand the needs and tried to push solution that did not meat the needs of the business. They just try to get it done in as little hours as possible, not really caring if that solution was the needs. If you are in Canada be wary, they are 100% USA focused and struggle with things like HST.
