To be completely honest, our original SI was not Peloton and did not set the system up the best, so all work done after has not been very pleasant. Christin is wonderful to work with, but for most of the techs on the account, it’s key to over communicate and illustrate your needs to get the best results. I have used Oracle at previous companies and worked with a couple other SIs and they all operate a little differently, but communicating well is important.
