It’s a very tight timeline so I would recommend that whoever is working on the project has the capacity to commit to the project full time, the Namos team have fantastic insight into the software but you are the expert for the business process, this needs to be well thought out before the project go live so you can keep up with the timeline. I would also make sure there are at least 2 people (depending on the size of the business) from your team so you cover everything. Testing is a really tight window in the project timeline so I would recommend that once the test dates are agreed in the project, at least one representative from every touch point has this period blocked out in their diary and a plan of action is scheduled.
