What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
We struggled to find a stride with them because we didn’t really understand how to utilize what they offer. We eventually navigated that with their leadership having very honest conversations about what did and did not work for us. Really happy we did that. otherwise, we would have missed out on the benefits they brought to the process. We need to clearly state what deliverables we need and whether or not they were meeting them. We allowed ambiguity for too long – I think that was more our issue than theirs. Once we spoke up it got so much better. Also, things started to jive so much more when our high-level team partnered with theirs and got more involved in oversight. Before that their project people were directly working with ours without Core team oversight and there was a lot of frustration and lack of clarity.
