Browline Consulting started the project as just the SAP Payroll (ECP) delivery partner, and then grew into providing SAP SuccessFactors EC and Integration Consultants. Each stream of work worked initially in isolation within Browline as well as with the wider project team. The lesson learnt was was that due to a lack of onboarding of the new consultants to fully understand the entire project time was lost later in explaining and re-doing certain activities. So a more effective onboarding of the new consultants to the project to understand the wider scope of the project and their interaction with this would save time and effort later in the project.
