Whilst it’s difficult to do upfront, discuss the intricacies of accrual postings at scoping. The system had limitations on the dates/ method for posting accruals that we didn’t realise when we signed the change request that meant we had to bend to suit the needs of the system. It wouldn’t have changed the outcome of going with Success Factors but it would have saved us time during UAT and set clear expectations.
