We really tried to stick to the recommended configuration strategy by the implementation partner, which helped ensure a speedy and cost effective implementation. We limited customization as much as possible. The most challenging part was using the NS2 environment and the roadblocks we encountered and time to resolution. Additionally, data migration was complex and required a lot of attention to detail, but I feel we made fairly good decisions on what to bring over for historical record purposes.
