We outsource much of our on prem HCM support and development to Zalaris, and have done so for some years now
Whilst not always an ideal solution, with internal limitations in relation to resource, we have had to build a close working relationships with the Zalaris team over the years. This particular project was a challenging implementation replacing a Tripartite integration with a ‘simpler’ solution ‘ but as we all know, a simpler solution is not always simpler to build and deliver, and this has been no different, but we are over the line today with minimal issue thus far
