We are a global company with presence in 108 countries so this was a high impact change to our onboarding process globally. TalenTeam have helped us with the standardization and localization where ever required and provided us with the details of best practice so we can implement the module in the most efficient way. We deployed Onboarding 2.0 a few months after its release so we did face some functional challenges however TalenTeam has helped us embed the system effectively with extended hypercare.
