SCOPING ACCURACY:
How well did your implementation partner scope the work and understand your needs during the pre-sales process?
Partner scoped and quoted the work well, but our needs changed during implementation
Was the implementation team who actually performed the work the same team that was proposed?
No change
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
The project went pretty smoothly, and a lot of that can be attributed to the expertise of the consultants involved – they knew what they were talking about (with years of experience) around both current and future UI, or they went to great lengths to find out. They were very responsive, and helpful throughout, and the project management was very smooth on their side too.
Our only criticism is that we felt some of the trickier aspects of the LMS implementation (getting SCORM files to work on our new site/ content clean-up/ emails) & the possible issues, could have been communicated better at the start. These were responsibilities on our side, but we would appreciated a bigger heads up on known system issues/ time to solve, as we ended up under a lot of pressure to resolve.
