It was great to have a partner that knew the ins and outs of the system. Sarah and Olivia were very knowledgeable and it was helpful to have consultants that were so responsive.
Olivia and Sarah had just a short period of time to get everything ready for go-live. With only 6 weeks until our final deadline, they needed to take over a somewhat disorganized project and prepare it for a payroll test with Benefits Administration, all within four weeks.
Even in this accelerated schedule, they set up complex benefits eligibility and cost structures while instituting an automated process for updating or recalculating employee benefits when changes occurred. They then identified which processes would be available to employees at launch and which could wait until after the go-live, prioritizing new hire enrollment so we could roll that out with the go-live. Sarah and Olivia continued their hard work on our project until every open item had been resolved.
