What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
“Lessons Learned” I can provide to others is to document all possible questions with use cases if possible. this will help you not assume the system will do everything for you. You must obtain a list of system limitations so you are not surprised later on. The system CAN meet your needs but maybe not in the way you expect it. You must must MUST watch the trainings and ask your questions early on in the discovery as you will not have time to do this during the requirements and build phases. Highly recommend obtaining a separate client-side support resource early on as they will be able to bridge the gap and help with business strategies. Align HCM is great at building and configuring the system but they do have other clients and will not be available fast enough for those quick questions you will have.
