UKG though intuitive for the user, their customer support for the employer is subpar at best. The fact that we are having to pay a third party to fix all the messes that UKG created while continuing to pay a ridiculously high annual fee is infuriating. Paytech, Chele Herlein specifically , on the other hand is the only reason that we continue to use UKG as a provider. She stepped in to help clean up years of messes while spending excessive amounts of time on the phone to clean up messes that were solely created by UKG. UKG’s customer service model is ridiculous.
