I would suggest bringing HRchitect in much earlier in the process. If they had been able to meet with the UKG client earlier in the process, UKG probably would have been able to sell us more components and we would have had a much better understanding about our entire deployment. They are much more than just a team to help implement. The HRchitect team helps advise and overall design the platform to meet the needs. Bringing them in earlier would only strengthen the UKG delivery.
