Have your taxation documentation ready to go. Other projects of the same sort have been delayed due to governmental documentation delays. It also helps to have things identified first, such as locations, company codes, etc. Once the SOW was signed off, it went really quickly. This is by far the smoothest process I’ve had to date because I was prepared with the design.
