While they are a little more expensive than we anticipated and from the firm we initially assigned to which is RCMT. RCMT lacked knowledge of both the Pro System and Workforce Management system and was not a great partner in getting things done. We were at major risk of achieving our 1/1/24 go live due to this vendor. Only after we complained multiple times, was Ricky and HRchitect brought in. To try to help answer questions and resolve issues. Thankfully after the initial Phase 1 go live we were fully switched from RCMT to HRchitect and are much more satisfied how things are going.
