In our experience with UKG, the most significant lesson we’ve learned is the essential role of third-party consultants. They have proven to be a requirement for us to optimize our system to align with our specific business needs, particularly when it comes to BI reporting.
Initially, we heavily relied on UKG’s customer service to assist us in building reports. However, this came at a substantial cost. After investing thousands of dollars in reports through their services, we realized that we needed external support beyond what UKG could provide.
