If purchasing UKG software, please also budget for an integration/implementation partner IF your organization doesn’t have resident experience/education on the system.
I’ve worked with several HR software partners and none really have the continuity, training time, or patience needed for organizations without high degree of systems/IT/etc. understanding/experience.
