D&E Consulting got us to the finish line on the installation. The UKG deployment model is a managed services model with limited hours and scope. In addition, we needed a staff augmentation model. We needed an application expert who was readily available to answer questions and fill in core team capacity gaps. D&E provided this service. They helped bridge our knowledge of the application with the needs of the business. We involved D&E during UAT. I would advise getting D&E Consulting involved early in the project. D&E was critical with testing and reviewing the integrations.
