We learned right along with our implementation team and discovered that we should have used the software vendors’ implementation team. The bright star that we had was Dixie Vaughan. Without her this implementation would of crashed hard. She was so great that we kept her on for additional 3 years as a HRIS project manager (through HRchitect). I would highly recommend this service from HRchitect.
