We underestimated the amount of time and resources required by our team, and the amount of time that was spent in meetings which limits the amount of “work time” each day. Be sure to plan ahead so that there is available bandwidth on your team and/or bring in extra resources. When choosing software that is sold as being one platform that covers all the various HR/Payroll needs, be sure to question how the different modules are integrated as it is not quite as a cohesive product as presented by the Sales team.
