A lesson learned would be that everyone needs a Mr. Marcus in their HRIS implementation! Our onboarding implementation with Mr. Marcus was the HIGHLIGHT of our whole UKG implementation. We left every single meeting with a smile on our faces and couldn’t wait for the next one! Mr. Marcus is unmatched! He exceeded every expectation. It was truly an amazing and magical experience!!
