Never move from one software system to another without the support and guidance from Sability. Years ago we did not have a partner when transitioned from one software system to another. Not knowing what to expect, we were disappointed with the process, basically lost and end result was not what was what we were promised during the initial introduction. We didn’t have anyone to support us or be in our corner. Training was not very helpful and changing over was so frustrating. This experience was 100 times better. JoEllen is so knowledgeable with the system we are leaving as well as the one we are moving into. She understands what we were used to and how to better understand the new system and she works with us to ensure we are comfortable in operating in the new system, not just taking our word for it, she requires we take part in working sessions. We will have no excuse in being unable to navigating in the new software program. She holds the software company accountable in addressing issues and for making sure the system operates as promised. Her communication style is confident, positive, encouraging and very professional. During our initial kickoff meeting, she started off making us feel we had made the best decision in partnering with her and her team.
