Drew was a superb resource. He was the perfect advocate. I felt that when I contacted UKG for assistance, their view was very myopic. The do not look through the lens of a user. They would answer a question but not take other aspects of the system into consideration. Drew was great. His communication skills were outstanding. He was able to help make individuals on our team comfortable with making needed system changes. His analyzation and project management skills are literally the best that I have ever worked with in my career with HRIS post-implementation issues. I was not here during the implementation but he was able to work with me and my team so that they system worked for us.
