We underestimated the poor data quality that came out of our legacy system and how much time would go into formatting the mass volume of data into a format UKG could accept. That caused substantial delays and additional costs on our end. If transitioning from ADP RUN to UKG, be mindful that you will spend much more time that what is estimated, so plan accordingly.
