Consider needed testing methodologies at the beginning. Testing was difficult for this project due to temporary nature of the data. But Karla came up with a way to be able to test / retest prior data which made it much easier to troubleshoot and identify what we needed to address.
Both Troon and Align showed flexibility around project timelines which without interrupting who was doing the work. This continuity was important.
