I really enjoyed working with Ascend and they were a great partner in helping us implement UKG. Our project was extremely challenging because we have over 2500 locations in 48 states and we are seasonal business which required us to implement UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, Recruiting and Onboarding in 6 months. I think what has surprised us the most are some of the things that we were told that the system could do, but could not and that the system was integrated. We have found it to be several systems tied together and some work seamlessly while others require duplicate effort.
