Denise was fantastic and the value really came in her ability to help us blueprint the new system, helping us understand what was next with the project and creating all of our job aids and videos.
We learned a lot of lessons related to how to manage UKG. I wish we had known potential issues with UKG’s inability to project manage their own project.
