Ed was a dream to work with. He was friendly, prompt, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. For 2024 end of year our small team had a lot going on, and there were days when we didn’t have it all together. On these days, Ed was patient and gave us grace. He saw us through to the end of the project perfectly on time, answered all of our questions (no matter how redundant), and made us feel at ease. As a result, Open Enrollment was a success this year, and the transition into 2025 was smooth.
