Paytech and our dedicated partner with Paytech possessed senior level experience with the software vendor (UKG) and worked so well with our benefits broker, HUB International, throughout this project. Her work with internal employees assigned to this project was motivational and exceptional. Time of day or night, she responded to our questions and concerns. She was very patient explaining the module – and followed up with training notes. We are happy that she will consider coming back to help us when open enrollment launches in February!
