Mike Beer from RSM is very knowledgeable on the Benefits Administration system. He is always available to answer questions, help and make updates/corrections when needed. He has honestly made the whole new system for us a better experience. Having him has saved us time and energy because it’s a one stop shop. If there is something that he does not know he is willing to research it and get an answer. I like his honestly about the systems limitations but also trying to figure out a way to get the system to work in the ways in which we need.
