Our experience with Hana Aburub from Sability has been superb, I wish we had her from the very beginning of the project. Hana is very knowledgeable, quick to respond to our questions, and is there for support when needed. As for our experience with UKG, it hasn‘t been great. The turnover from the beginning has been very high. The system isn’t supporting us as we need it to so we have had to do a lot of reconfiguring and we are still working through system changes. We went live 7 months ago but continue to experience issues and we are opening new support cases each week.
