These projects are ongoing, so too soon for “lessons learned” on that front, however I do want to say that the speed with which Sability engaged and provided assistance was above and beyond any reasonable expectation. When the customer had a tragedy on their project team, Krissy Johnson stepped in and met with them the same day she was contacted and offered condolences, guidance and support. She engaged a team to work immediately and has continued to be available as needed. Milos Bazovic stepped in and stepped up in a huge way. He is engaged, provides guidance, and is overall an amazing team member to work with.
