We should have engaged the Sability team during the UKG implementation. Since we engaged the team, we have been able to run payroll and resolved outstanding critical issues in UKG Pro and UKG WFM. Every single member of the team I noted above: Andrew, Austin, Kim, Zenaida and Damaris, have demonstrated outstanding knowledge, excellent customer service orientation, high level of professionalism, leadership and it has been a pleasure working with them. We feel we are in “good hands”
