We extracted key data from our UltiPro/UKG database into excel files that can be used to populate an archive platform, to validate an archive platform, and/or to conduct ongoing daily research work. The process required much work to learn/navigate the nuances of the data and database, but Venkata Kasara at COM4 Global was the person for the job. He was knowledgeable about UltiPro data configuration and database structure, and he was skilled at reporting via both BI and SQL. Just as importantly, Venkata listened to our requirements, discussed the considerations for complex situations, and provided honest useful insights. It took much collaborative effort and flexibility to work through the many data challenges that we encountered during this project, but thanks to Venkata’s partnership, the project was a success!
