A major lesson learned, was that I should have tried to make some room to do more research ahead of the process to get an idea of how the settings work and to identify how much volume of data we were looking at. Learning after the fact that we had an incredible amount of jobs derailed my plans when I realized we were not prepared as an organization to fully maximize the work that COULD be done for the implementation process.
