Ryan is AMAZING helping us with annual Open Enrollment. UKG Open Enrollment set up is super complicated as it is, but our company, last minuted, added a completely new vendor. What a mess. Without Ryan, we would not have completed Open Enrollment for our team. Then on top of this, it was coupled with horrible, unclear messaging from our Broker who set up the new vendor arrangement, and it was very difficult to understand the parameters, so Ryan had to help us set up the new vendor deduction codes, get conflicting information from the broker, make changes, make more changes, change it back, and then make more changes because the broker was so unclear as to what the new benefit entailed. What a mess!!! We are so thankful Ryan was available to help. UKG was not available.

Ryan brings an exceptional knowledge base, and really helped us get the new vendor going for OE. He is so patient with all the turns & detours we added to this project. We really appreciate him!!!
