Ask what “homework” can be done by your team in between consulting sessions. A lot of the time spent was our team completing items that could have been done outside of the consulting hours.
Would like for the consulting team to come prepared to each meeting with answers to the follow up items they were supposed to. A lot of the time in each call was spent rehashing was was questioned in the previous call with no specific answer.
