Overall, Lauren had quite a bit of UKG and payroll knowledge. Unfortunately our project did not get started timely due to access issues. Once she had access, she informed us of upcoming time off that overlapped with payroll processing dates. This was disappointing as 1. we were relying on PayTech to process our payroll as we did not have anyone else with the knowledge to do it. 2. if we had more advance knowledge of this time off, we could have requested a different consultant. After that, Lauren then was sick and was out for about a week, which is no fault to her, but added to the frustration of availability for what we needed the services for. Additionally, Lauren would regularly be unavailable, join meetings and then drop off due to connectivity issues, etc. only to find out hours later when trying to reach her. Lastly, it would be helpful if the consultant was in the same or similar time zone to help with availability.
