HRchitect was provided to us by UKG. They used a 3rd party to help with implementing UKG Ready
There was a disconnect with the project manager that was assigned to us, Adam Alexander. From how the project was explained i had assumed he would have been apart of the planning through the entire process. I heard from him 2 times in the beginning of the project and never heard from him again. I thought he would have been there to keep on track? But if he was to pass it off, I wasn’t communicated that. Luckily i had the pleasure to work with Chad Brunet, Implementation Consultant. He and I partnered and he stayed on top of everything. He kept me on track as well. He was very hands on the project and was very willing without hesitation willing to go above and beyond to get me answers or build the system to what we were looking for. He always made last minute meetings to discuss our emails to ensure there wasn’t any confusion. With all of my years of several implementations, may it be a whole new HRIS system or add ons, this was my best experience and i give that credit to Chad. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know something, would investigate it and would get back to me promptly. He didn’t skip a beat. I have had consultants i worked with that i had to keep following up with outstanding items/questions. I did not feel like I had to do that with Chad. I would highly recommend him as the consultant to work with.
