Ask as many questions as possible from the very beginning. What would have helped is having a group that was fully knowledgeable with the product we were integrating. Every time we asked a question they would have to go back and find the answer and get back to us. We also went through a couple different people on the Providence Technical Solutions team as people were being removed for not being up to par with our expectations.
