My answers are based solely on my experience with Myka and Michael with Smartcare. They were both instrumental with our implementation to WFM. Michael did a great job with the training and shortcut handouts. Myka was amazing at keeping us on track, pointing out areas of concern and being available for all our meetings. She was available for KWPMC internal meetings and regularly provided all the updates and next steps. She was invaluable as being the middle person between our company and the align team. Both individuals work well together and definitely enhanced the team. Thank you both for all your hard work! We appreciate it!
