During our implementation, we encountered several WorkForce Management (WFM) features that needed to be enabled post-launch. These gaps led to setbacks in employee adoption and required additional change management efforts. A more comprehensive testing strategy—one that included a broader range of end users from various roles—would have helped identify these nuances earlier and provided a more holistic view of the employee experience. Additionally, further testing and refinement of dataviews would have enhanced the overall functionality and usability of the system.
Align HCM was a strong implementation partner. We felt well-supported throughout the project and developed a solid rapport with their team. Their responsiveness and clear communication made collaboration seamless and ensured that issues were addressed effectively.
